PAUL FITTERY
Solons Pitcher 1920 - 1923
Switch hitting lefty Paul Clarence Fittery, from Lebanon, Pennslyvania, played in the majors for the Cincinnati Reds in 1914. He came down to the Pacific Coast League to pitch for Salt Lake in 1915 and 1916. He went back to the majors in 1917 to throw for the Phillies, before returning to the PCL to pitch for Los Angeles in 1918 and 1919. In 1920, he came to Sacramento, where he remained as part of the Senators' rotation for four seasons.
